1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and top55 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter. In the event of any translation or paraphrase — whether produced by a third party or an automated tool — the English text on this page shall be the authoritative version and shall prevail in all disputes and interpretations.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
top55 is an English-language online betting platform operated for players based in Bangladesh. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of top55 complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. top55 makes no representation that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction and accepts no liability for any breach of local law by any player.
2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
18+ Only: top55 is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. It is illegal for any person under the age of 18 to open an account, make a deposit, or place any wager on the top55 platform. Any account found to be registered to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, all deposits will be returned, and any winnings will be forfeited.
To be eligible to register and use a top55 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

- You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

- You have not previously had a top55 account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Age Verification
top55 employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process that requires all players to confirm their age and identity before any withdrawal can be processed. top55 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, at the first deposit, or at any withdrawal request.
Players who fail to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the time period specified by top55 support will have their account suspended pending verification. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed for any account that has not completed age verification.

3 Account Registration & Security
To place bets or access real-money casino games on top55, you must hold a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number. You must keep this information accurate and up to date throughout the life of your account.
One Account Per Person
Strict one-account policy: Each player may hold only one top55 account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different identity details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.
top55 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts linked to the same individual will be merged into the first registered account or closed at top55's sole discretion, and any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be voided.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your top55 account login credentials. top55 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must:
- Choose a strong, unique password for your top55 account that is not used on any other website or service.
- Never share your login credentials with any other person.
- Log out of your account when accessing top55 from a shared or public device.
- Notify top55 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
top55 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Any activity carried out on your account using your correct login credentials is assumed to have been carried out by you, and top55 is entitled to treat all such activity as authorised.
Account Verification (KYC)
top55 reserves the right to request identity, age, and address verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: upon registration, before processing any withdrawal, in response to unusual account activity, or as part of a periodic compliance review. Acceptable documents include Bangladesh National Identity Cards (NID), passports, birth certificates (where NID is unavailable), and recent utility bills or bank statements for address verification. Documents must be submitted in English or Bengali script; top55 support handles both. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by top55 support may result in account suspension and delayed withdrawal processing.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All top55 account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). top55 does not hold accounts in foreign currencies. Any payment made in a currency other than Taka will be converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction; conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

Deposits
The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by top55, though individual mobile wallet providers and banks may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your top55 account instantly in normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three hours to appear in your account balance depending on the sending institution's processing schedule.
top55 does not charge any processing fee for deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may levy its own transaction fees, which are outside top55's control and are your sole responsibility. You are advised to check with your payment provider before initiating a deposit.
Deposit funds must belong to you: You must only deposit funds that you legitimately own and that are drawn from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods belonging to another person, is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
Withdrawals
The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit to the same top55 account — top55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed KYC age and identity verification. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- bKash / Nagad: Processed within one hour in normal operating conditions.
- Rocket / Upay: Processed within two hours in normal operating conditions.
- Bank Transfer: Processed within one to three business days.
top55 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request before processing. This may extend processing times by up to 72 hours in exceptional cases. top55 will notify the player via their registered email address if a withdrawal is subject to an enhanced review.
Anti-Money Laundering
top55 is committed to preventing its platform from being used for money laundering or any other financial crime. top55 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where legally required to do so. Players who deposit and withdraw funds without engaging in meaningful wagering activity — a pattern consistent with using top55 as a payment intermediary — will have their accounts suspended pending investigation, and any such withdrawal requests will be frozen while the investigation is ongoing.
5 Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on the top55 platform are subject to these Terms & Conditions and to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and a specific game or event rule, the specific rule shall prevail.
Sportsbook — General Rules
- All bets must be placed before the close of the relevant market. top55 reserves the right to suspend any market at any time without notice.
- Bets placed after an event has started may be voided at top55's sole discretion, except where in-play (live) betting markets are explicitly offered.
- In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules for that event type. Where no specific rule applies, unsettled bets will be voided and stakes returned.
- Cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments are subject to cricket-specific settlement rules published in the top55 sportsbook help section.
- top55 reserves the right to void any bet placed at a clearly erroneous price where a pricing error has occurred, whether caused by human error, technical fault, or data feed failure. Affected players will be notified and stakes returned promptly.
- Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. Current limits are displayed in the sportsbook at the time of bet placement.
Casino Games — General Rules
- All casino games offered on top55 use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that has been independently audited for fairness.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session (including connection loss, game freeze, or server error), the game round will be resolved according to the game provider's published rules for that title. Where the outcome cannot be determined, the round is voided and the wager is returned to the player's balance.
- Live casino game results are final once the game round has been settled by the live dealer. top55 will not reverse settled live casino results except in documented cases of provable technical error.
- Progressive jackpot games and their specific payout conditions are governed by the game provider's individual terms, which are accessible within each game's information panel.

6 Bonuses & Promotions
top55 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms & Conditions and to the specific bonus terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who hold a verified top55 account.
- Each promotion will state clearly: the bonus amount or percentage, the minimum qualifying deposit (where applicable), the wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 25x), the eligible games or markets, the expiry period of the bonus and any associated free rounds, and the maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings (where applicable).
- Bonuses are issued in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are credited to a separate bonus balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met in full.
- top55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, the player will be notified and their existing progress toward the wagering requirement will be honoured.
- Players may only participate in each individual promotion once unless stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus using multiple accounts or multiple payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered using real-money bets before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games and certain jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
Bonus expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire at the end of the bonus validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited and cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates, which are displayed in the account bonuses dashboard.
Seasonal Promotions

7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the top55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and in serious cases, reporting to law enforcement or other relevant authorities.
- Multi-accounting: Opening or operating more than one top55 account, whether under the same or a different identity.
- Identity fraud: Registering using false, forged, or stolen identity documents; impersonating any other person; using another person's payment method without their explicit written consent.
- Bonus abuse: Exploiting any bonus, promotion, or free bet offer by opening multiple accounts, by systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to complete wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk, or by any other means intended to obtain bonus value without genuine play.
- Money laundering: Using the top55 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or using top55 as a pass-through payment mechanism without genuine wagering intent.
- Collusion and match-fixing: Colluding with other players, with casino dealers, or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage. Any player found to have bet on sporting events that they have attempted to influence, fix, or manipulate will be permanently banned and reported to the relevant sports integrity authority.
- Software exploitation: Using bots, automated betting software, AI-assisted wagering tools, VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions, or any other software tool to interact with the top55 platform in a non-human manner.
- Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate top55 transactions with your payment provider or bank. Any player who initiates a chargeback against a deposit made to top55 will have their account immediately suspended and the chargeback amount offset against any outstanding balance or future withdrawals.
- Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, offensive, threatening, or harassing communications toward top55 support staff or other players via any channel, including live chat, email, or in-game chat functions.
Forfeiture clause: Where top55 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct listed in this section, top55 reserves the right to void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct, forfeit all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play, and withhold withdrawal of any balance pending investigation. top55's determination in such matters is final.
8 Account Closure & Suspension
Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your top55 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 English live chat support team. Before closure, you may withdraw any remaining real-money balance, provided your account has completed KYC verification. Bonus balances and any associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. top55 aims to process voluntary closure requests within 24 hours of receipt.
If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons — including a concern that your gambling is becoming problematic — please inform the support agent at the time of your closure request. In such cases, top55 will apply a cooling-off period and may refer you to responsible gaming resources before processing the closure. Alternatively, you may apply for self-exclusion rather than full account closure; self-exclusion options are available in durations of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently.
Suspension and Closure by top55
top55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC age or identity verification within the specified timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
- Regulatory, compliance, or legal requirement — including a direction from any competent authority.
- Extended account inactivity (defined as no login for 12 consecutive months).
Where an account is suspended for investigation, any pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. Where an account is permanently closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions, top55 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in accordance with the forfeiture clause in Section 7. Where an account is closed for regulatory reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
Inactive Account Policy
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. top55 will notify the account holder by email at least 30 days before the inactive account policy takes effect. If the account remains inactive after the notification period, top55 may apply an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month to the account balance. If the account balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate an inactive account at any time simply by logging in; all historical account data will be retained for the period required by applicable law.
